Resolving Problems Processing Your Charge Card If you are using a corporate charge card
Some charge card companies will not allow Internet processing of corporate cards. Presently we have already captured all of your order information and only need to get your charge information. There are several ways to provide this information.

If you are using a personal charge card
Your Charge card statement billing address must match your address. The ship to address can be different.
If you recently moved you may need to use your old address. There are several ways to resolve this problem.
