Returns and Adjustments

Engraved items cannot be returned.

Items can be exchanged only if:

  • There is a defect in the product or if it is not the correct item.
  • We have made the engraving mistake.

No product can be exchanged without prior authorization. All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the package. You may call, fax or email us. You must include a copy of our packing slip showing the original order and engraving instructions. All replacements will be sent without additional freight charges.
